We are a small, independent local firm and our first priority is to be responsive to the needs of our clients. Our Consultants are not commission based and are therefore focussed on providing a quality service. One example of our unique and excellent service is the provision of transport for temporary workers which we provide at no additional charge to our clients. Regular contact with temporary workers also means we can manage their feedback, attendance, reliability and other important aspects of successful placements.

Our charge rates are among the most competitive in the market place – because we are small, we are not passing on expensive overhead costs to our clients.

We try to learn as much about our clients and the jobs for which we are recruiting. We like to spend time on site so we know the best qualities to look for in a candidate. This also means that we can offer the best description of our clients’ companies and the job to our applicants.

We offer a friendly, professional service and build close working relationships with clients so that we become an extension of your own operation. We can also offer on-site coordination to clients.
