Description: Office Manager required for family leisure park near Newquay. You will have held senior Office Manager roles before and have excellent administration skills including Payroll, Accounts and have a working knowledge of sage. You will be responsible for overseeing all the bookings for the site so previous holiday management experience would be an advantage. You will be used to managing and motivating staff as the role involves the HR for all the staff on site. You will also have excellent communication and customer service skills as you will work closely with the resort manager and will deal with any disputes in his absence. You will be required to be on call on a rota with the other duty managers so ideally you will live locally to Newquay or alternatively there is live in accommodation for the right candidate. Competitive salary of circa £ 24,000
