Description: My client is looking for a talented Sous Chef to work at an exclusive countryside location to start as soon as possible. High standards and excellent all-round abilities are required to prepare an a la carte menu for a public restaurant, small hotel and a sports bar. Previous experience of a similar role is preferred but not essential. Benefits inclusive with the role include free access to all on-site leisure facilities.
