Description: Production Shift Supervisor required for company near Newquay. You will be a good communicator with excellent organisational skills. You will have a working knowledge of production lines and help improve production line efficiencies. Responsibilities will include all production administration, organising and motivating people, prioritizing workloads and ensuring the production plan is met. You will work closely with all departments and work towards current health and safety practices. Salary dependent on experience but circa £ 15,000
